Paulina Suarez is responsible for ensuring quality control at all of our properties at move-in and move-out which includes overseeing our cleaning, laundry, and quality of work through repairs.

Josefina Torres is responsible for quality control over our laundry and linens and ensuring that they are perfect prior to every guest arrival. She also ensures that each property is perfectly kitted with the appropriate linens and amenities to provide the best guest experience.

Field Ops Team

Our Field Ops Team is essential to maintaining the highest standards of our properties. From housekeeping to maintenance, this team works tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure that every property is immaculate, safe, and ready for our guests and tenants.

What They Do:
